Immerse in Stillness ✨ Unearth your Best self💯

Was reading somewhere, that in 1600’s, a distinguished French inventor and physicist Blaise Pascal wrote “All of humanity’s problems stem from man’s inability to sit quietly in a room alone.”🛋️
Whole of last week, I have tried to inculcate this habit to give myself that Stillness for a good 30 minutes a day, through #Meditation & #Spiritualreading. 😇 (#Artofliving #Ikigai #5amClub)
I believe that there are these stimulus we are constantly bombarded with every single minute of every single day that we are expected to respond to (or atleast we think we are expected to respond to)! 🤯 & while it’s fine that we enjoy the #adrenaline to give our best to everything 💯 , there undoubtedly is some burn, both of mind and body.🔥
Just as sleep is considered best to repair muscles, I want to say, that take that time to during your busy day to STOP for a bit, #Breathe, #Unwind, #Recover and #Rejuvenate yourself with those IMP #LittleBreaks 🧘‍♀️ (not weekends alone).
These well deserved breaks can burst your #learning, #creativity, #productivity and #potency to unimaginable limits!
